Sub Folder - Please make sure your sub folder is up to date. One copy should be in the library. Another copy should be with your school's secretary.

Volunteers in your library
All volunteers must view the district's confidentiality video once a year, and then sign the Volunteer Acknowledgement Form. The completed form should be filed with your building secretary.
